እምነት

“Emnet” is the Amharic word for faith.

Our name is our purpose: to be a bridge for the faith, so that distance never weakens what generations have kept.

Everything your church shares, in one place

Follow your home parish, the church around the corner, or both. Emnet keeps you part of the congregation.

A living church feed

Announcements, teachings, and photos from every church you follow, with comments and Amen, together in one feed.

Daily readings & the verse of the day

Begin each day with the appointed verse and readings, with audio, in your language, on the Ethiopian calendar.

Services, feasts & live worship

Service times, feast-day events, and live-streamed services you can join from anywhere in the world.

Sermons to keep

A growing archive of sermons to listen to, save for later, and share with the people you love.

Find your church

Search by name or city, or look on the map near you, then follow to stay connected at home or abroad.

Serve and be served

Request christenings, prayers, and other services your church offers, and book its halls for your family occasions.

Giving

Give with a faithful heart

Tithes, offerings, and building campaigns, one-time or recurring, handled with the care your gift deserves.

Free for members. Churches pay no subscription; a small platform fee on each gift (3% by default), plus standard card processing, keeps Emnet running.

Payments are processed by Stripe, the same infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses. Local payment options for Ethiopia are on our roadmap.

Directly to your church

Every gift settles in your church’s own account. Emnet never holds your church’s money.

Give your way

One-time, weekly, or monthly. Choose the fund your church has opened (building, youth, mercy) and keep a pledge you can follow through the year.

See the fruit of giving

Campaigns share progress and updates you can follow, comment on, and answer with an Amen.

Receipts, ready for tax season

A receipt for every gift, your full giving history, and IRS-ready annual statements for U.S. congregations.

Three steps to stay close

Download Emnet free on iOS or Android and create your account in a minute.

  2. Find your church

For churches

One portal to serve the whole congregation

Emnet gives your parish office a single, permission-controlled home for everything it publishes, receives, and stewards.

Publish once, reach everyone

Posts, events, service times, sermons, and your media library, delivered straight to your members’ phones.

Steward every gift

Funds, campaigns with updates, pledges with reminders, refunds, payouts, and exportable financial reports.

Know your people

A member directory with custom fields, CSV import, dues tracking, and service-request queues.

Delegate with confidence

Fine-grained roles and permissions give the treasurer, the deacon, and the media team exactly what they need.

Onboard for payments in minutes

Guided Stripe onboarding gives your church its own merchant account. Donations flow to you, not to us.

Your data, protected

Every record is isolated per church and protected with row-level security, verified by an automated test suite.

Church accounts are verified by the Emnet team before going live.

Rooted in an ancient faith, built for its future

The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church is one of the oldest Christian traditions in the world. “Tewahedo” (ተዋሕዶ) is Ge’ez for “being made one.” Today its faithful, more than fifty million strong, gather in parishes from Addis Ababa to Washington, London, and Sydney.

Emnet Bridge was built with and for this global community, and for every congregation that wants to stay close to its people. Denomination, language, calendar, and currency are choices, not assumptions.

Questions, answered

Is Emnet free?

Yes. The app is free for members. Churches pay no subscription or setup fee; a small platform fee on each gift (3% by default), plus standard card processing, sustains the platform.

Where does my gift actually go?

Directly to your church. Each church onboards to its own Stripe merchant account, and your gift settles there. Emnet never holds your church’s money.

Which languages does Emnet speak?

English, Amharic (አማርኛ), Tigrinya (ትግርኛ), and Afaan Oromoo. Dates can follow the Ethiopian calendar, with Ge’ez numerals.

Is Emnet only for Ethiopian Orthodox churches?

Emnet is built with Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo congregations first, and it serves any congregation. Denomination is a setting, not a limitation.

How does my church join?

Write to us at support@emnetbridge.com. The Emnet team verifies and creates each church account, then walks your parish office through the portal and payment onboarding.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, every church’s records are isolated with row-level security, and you can export your data or delete your account from inside the app at any time.

When do the apps launch?

The iOS and Android apps are in final preparation. The download links on this page go live the moment the stores approve them.
